How we collect, use and protect personal data.
1. Who we are
dharohar.jugalbandi.live is operated by Jugalbandi Foundation, Delhi NCR, India, the data fiduciary for this website. Contact our grievance officer at grievance@jugalbandi.live.
2. What we collect
Information you give us in forms (name, contact details, organisation, enquiry content, profile details), registration and payment records processed by our payment provider, and limited technical data (device, pages visited) through essential and, with consent, analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, verify and publish Atlas profiles you approve, process registrations, send newsletters you have subscribed to, meet legal obligations and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, the performance of a contract, and legitimate uses permitted under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For residents of the EU and UK, we follow the GDPR and UK GDPR.
5. Sharing
With processors bound by contract: EventZR Technologies (platform), payment and email providers. With partners only when you ask us to introduce you.
6. Retention
Enquiries for three years after last contact; registration records for eight years for tax purposes; Atlas profiles until you delete them.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal and nomination. Write to grievance@jugalbandi.live; we respond within 15 days.
8. Children
Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly profile children.
9. Changes
We will post updates here with the date of change. Last updated 10 October 2026.
